Marc Cain SS16 – “Future Romance” at Berlin Fashion Week
Berlin Fashion Week.
The collection Marc Cain, inspired by the movie “Picnic at Hanging Rock”, consists of lace looks, embroidery or pearls and reinterpretsthe romanticism of the 70s in a modern way.
The were major celebrities watching the show, such as Eva Herzigová, Elle MacPherson, Nora von Waldstätten, Jessica Schwarz, Alexandra Neldel and Jana Pallaske.
“The show inspired a lot me, I adore the romantic style of the 70s. I particularly liked the lace dresses in ivory tones.” said the top model Eva Herzigová after the show by applauding Karin Veit, the Creative Director of Marc Cain.
Elle MacPherson was also enthusiastic: “It is the first I visited Berlin Fashion Week and I came especially for Marc Cain. It was a wonderful show with am inspiring collection.”
