GENNY CREATES A MONOGRAPHIC SHOW
AWARDED AT MONTE-CARLO FASHION WEEK

The global-glam elegance of GENNY, expressed by the creative direction of Sara Cavazza, also conquers the Monte-Carlo scene. A unique location: the Grande Verrière of the Grimaldi Forum in the Principality of Monaco, exclusively for GENNY.

An iconic event: the monographic show through which GENNY deepens and brings to the international stage the sophisticated style that Sara Cavazza has constantly outlined in her creative path. Her Serene Highness Princess Charlene of Monaco sponsors the event promoted by the Chambre Monégasque de la Mode (CMM). An award for the evolution of a maison: Sara Cavazza received the Monte-Carlo Fashion Week Award 2023 from the Board of the Chambre Monégasque de la Mode, for bringing to the world through your collections the Italian style, a timeless elegance and authentic and contemporary femininity joint to an attention to sustainability and social responsibility.

«I chose to bring a reasoned set of clothes to the catwalk to represent the sophisticated femininity of GENNY. It is exciting to have the opportunity to tell the idea of a gritty and cosmopolitan woman, in a context so similar to the naturally brilliant taste of GENNY. Parading evening creations in the Principality, which emphasize the harmony of the orchid, the flower symbol of the maison, is a beautiful connection with a glamorous and dreamy place», said Sara Cavazza, Creative Director of GENNY.

GENNY has thus created a powerful monographic show, which is an aesthetic narration and ethical transmission of the strength of his Made in Italy. With a special fashion show of 40 looks, representative of the global-glam femininity outlined by GENNY in the Spring-Summer 2023 and Fall-Winter 23-24 collections, the maison marks a new stage in its crescendo of successes. The awarding of the Monte-Carlo Fashion Week Award 2023 to Sara Cavazza, for her work with GENNY, was preceded by a second catwalk, in a retrospective key: 6 looks from her creative journey with the maison, illuminated the award ceremony.
