Media Alert – BENJAMIN CLEMENTINE Performs at Burberry Show

Burberry has announced that British singer-songwriter and Mercury Prize winner Benjamin Clementine will perform live at its Menswear show on Monday 11 January.

This will be the third time that Benjamin Clementine, who was awarded the prestigious Mercury Prize in November 2015 for his debut album “At Least For Now”, has performed for Burberry. Previous appearances for the brand include the “London in Los Angeles” event in April 2015 where he performed alongside British musicians George Ezra, Tom Odell and Clare Maguire, and a performance at the Burberry Menswear Spring/Summer 2015 show in London.

Burberry recently announced that Benjamin Clementine will provide the soundtrack for the campaign to launch its new fragrance for men, Mr. Burberry, in April. The campaign has been shot by acclaimed Oscar® and Turner Prize-winning British director Steve McQueen and features Josh Whitehouse and Amber Anderson.

Burberry has a long history of supporting and celebrating emerging and established creative talent in the global entertainment industry. Recent musicians who have performed live at the Burberry shows include Alison Moyet, Rhodes and James Bay.

The Burberry Menswear show will be held in the brand’s custom-built venue in London’s Kensington Gardens on Monday 11 January at 1PM GMT, and can be viewed live via Burberry.com.
