and modern vision of sustainable cuisine.
In Marrakech, La Table de La Sultana, supervised by the Chef Said Mkhallef, prepared a menu inspired
by France using best Moroccan ingredients especially from their organic vegetable gardens in Marrakech
& Oualidia with a starter, a main, cheese and dessert.
