At 114 Faubourg, Chefs Arnaud Faye and Vincent Schmitt propose a more generous, convivial vision of Valentine’s Day. Curry-spiced crab tartlets, scallops confit in brown butter, roasted sea bass, milk-fed lamb with black truffle, and a saffron-scented exotic fruit baba are designed to be shared, because romance, here, is also about generosity.

Sweetness continues beyond the table thanks to pastry chef Maxence Barbot, who unveils two exclusive creations for the occasion. The Saint-Honoré d’Amour, reimagined in the shape of a heart, and the Vanilla & Pecan Flan d’Amour, adorned with a personalized golden heart, transform dessert into a true declaration. These creations are available at L’Épicerie des Ateliers du Bristol, perfect for extending the magic beyond the evening.
