The Most Parisian Way to Say I Love You – Le Bristol on Valentine’s Day

A Valentine’s Night at Le Bristol Paris

For Valentine’s Day, Le Bristol Paris turns its legendary address on rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré into a sanctuary of romance, where haute gastronomy, delicate sweet creations, and an enchanted night come together to celebrate love with rare elegance.

Within the palace, Valentine’s Day is imagined as an art of living. One that unfolds slowly, guided by taste, emotion, and the pleasure of sharing a moment suspended in time.

On the evening of February 14, two tables offer distinct interpretations of romance. At Épicure, Chef Arnaud Faye orchestrates a refined seven-course dinner, where the nobility of ingredients meets absolute precision. Fresh scallops lifted by Menton lemon open the experience, followed by Opal Coast lobster infused with Madras curry. Line-caught sea bass paired with citrus and caviar, veal sweetbreads with winter roots and black truffle, and a final dessert blending grapefruit, rosé champagne, quince, rose, and hibiscus complete this gastronomic declaration of love.

At 114 Faubourg, Chefs Arnaud Faye and Vincent Schmitt propose a more generous, convivial vision of Valentine’s Day. Curry-spiced crab tartlets, scallops confit in brown butter, roasted sea bass, milk-fed lamb with black truffle, and a saffron-scented exotic fruit baba are designed to be shared, because romance, here, is also about generosity.

Sweetness continues beyond the table thanks to pastry chef Maxence Barbot, who unveils two exclusive creations for the occasion. The Saint-Honoré d’Amour, reimagined in the shape of a heart, and the Vanilla & Pecan Flan d’Amour, adorned with a personalized golden heart, transform dessert into a true declaration. These creations are available at L’Épicerie des Ateliers du Bristol, perfect for extending the magic beyond the evening.

For those wishing to let the night linger, Le Bristol Paris offers an exclusive Valentine’s overnight experience on February 14. A guaranteed room upgrade (up to Junior Suite), a bottle of champagne, sweet treats awaiting in-room, rose petals delicately scattered on the bed, American breakfast for two, and a late check-out at 2 pm allow the celebration to drift gently into morning.

More than a dinner or a stay, Valentine’s Day at Le Bristol Paris becomes a memory written in elegance – a way of inscribing love in the long rhythm of time, where moments are not rushed, but savored.
